Rental conditions

Prices and cancellation conditions:

• The rental price includes accommodation for up to 8 people (excluding babies and children under 3 years of age), accommodation tax, water, electricity, Wi-Fi and final cleaning.

• Rental deposit of 500€ must be paid in advance. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure if no abnormal damage was found to the property or fixtures.

• The reservation is only final after receipt of the rental payment.

• Pets are not allowed. 

• The reservation may be cancelled if the rent is not paid on time.

• Cancellation is possible after consultation. Free of charge until 4 weeks before the stay, after which a compensation of half the rent must be paid. In case of prepayment, the other half will be refunded.

General terms and conditions:

• We ask you to take care of the house and its entire contents. You should manage it as a good family man.
• Accidents can always happen. If something is broken or lost in the house, we ask you to report this before you leave. This is also with a view to the tenants who will be staying in Ster 36 after you.
• We have the right to enter the house at any time if urgent maintenance work or suchlike needs to be done.
• We cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may occur.
• Check-in and check-out hours can be discussed in consultation.
• The organisation of parties, bachelor parties and/or student parties is not permitted.
• Frying, fondue and fires are not allowed due to fire hazard, Barbecue is only allowed in the designated area (fire safety).
• It is forbidden to smoke in the house.

Upon departure:

• The house must be left clean and tidy on departure.
• Bins must be emptied in the provided places.
• Rental deposit will be refunded after inspection of the property.
